Welcome To Our New BLOG!

About the Shop and the Women Who Make it Run: Located in the historic Arcadia area, Camelback Flowershop is a true gem within the local floral industry. The shop has a refined and cozy atmosphere, yet it continually produces exquisite works of floral art; serving world renowned resorts, A-list restaurants, celebrities and political figures, Camelback Flowershop is truly one of a kind. The arrangements they create--whether they are daily deliveries, centerpieces for prestigious events, or European wraps on a whim--are done with care and sophistication. No matter the occasion, their designs always convey a "message amongst the petals;" clients trust the shop's employees to adequately express their feelings, desires, and messages through flowers!

In mid-January of this year, the store will be celebrating its fifth anniversary under the ownership of young entrepreneur, Teresa Wilson! Teresa is a native of the Valley of the Sun and has a distinguished background in fine art, as she was taught by an Italian master at a young age. She has worked in floral design business for many years and is truly an artistic genius. The manager, Lauren Lovas, is the backbone of Camelback Flowershop; she has been working alongside Teresa for the past five years, and does phenomenal design compositions. She is also the wedding consultant and has created spectacular weddings for brides across the valley! Julie Fleischman is the shop's assistant manager and joined the team this past summer. She recently graduated from Occidental College, and when she is not designing arrangements at the shop, is continuing her studies at ASU. She is very ambitious and willing to help, no matter the task. Sarah Dudley and Jessica Doonan are the newest additions to the Camelback Flowershop staff. Sarah is quickly picking up the design process and is quick to help any customer who has questions or concerns. In her spare time, she loves to cook and bake for her friends and family. Jessica is taking some time off from her Fine Arts studies at ASU to work with us, but is looking to resume her schoolwork in the coming year. She too is quickly excelling at floral design and is truly enjoying her time at the shop! Katie Tourville, the shop's accountant, is not only part of the Camelback Flowershop family, she is also Teresa's aunt. She is an indispensible woman when it comes to "crunching numbers," and she is also fantastic when it comes to customer service. She is a wonderful saleswoman and can handle any problem with ease and grace!

These six dedicated and creative women work hard to provide you with the highest quality products and arrangements the floral industry has to offer. They are all exceptionally friendly, smart and artistic and they create fantastic designs for all occasions!
